  • Jordan Smucker

    Jordan is the husband of one wife (17 years strong!). Father of two kids (9 & 15). Follower of Jesus (20 years strong!). Pastor of Ethos Church in Columbus, OH (serving alongside of some of the greatest people you’ll ever meet in the most underrated city in America). Lover of peanut butter, Philly sports teams, and THE Ohio State Buckeyes.

    Jordan and Courtney Smucker have a heart to see a life-giving church of people from every age, race, and walk of life — a relationally healthy community that serves with relentless generosity — a church that looks like Heaven. They are passionate about leading people to live on a mission to love ALL people, in Jesus’ name. Jordan was one of our speakers at our first ever Rhythm Conference in 2023 and we are excited to have him back!

  • Stephen Glasser

    Stephen Glasser serves as a pastor at Northview Church in Fargo, ND, overseeing discipleship and community life. In 2023, he founded Rhythm Conference to serve young adults in the FM area and beyond. He hosts the Going Somewhere Podcast, which aims to help young adults navigate the ambiguous adventure of young adulthood through real and raw conversations.

    At the core of everything, he desires to empower and equip ordinary people to follow Jesus and live everyday life to the fullest. Stephen loves quality time with his family, hanging out with close friends and neighbors, reading, writing, and playing sports. Stephen and his wife, Taylor, resides in Moorhead, MN with their three children; Kinsley (5), Summit (3), and Rowan (1).

  • Keith & Kristin Peterson

    Keith and Kristin have served as lay leaders in the church for nearly thirty years. Keith is on the Elder Board of River Valley Church, a multi-site church in the Minneapolis area. He is also actively involved in Men’s Ministry. Kristin is a featured teacher in River Valley’s Women’s Ministry. They also work together as leaders in marriage mentoring programs and intercessory prayer.

    Their ministry focus is helping people learn about their identity in Christ and equipping them to step out in faith, following God’s plan for their lives. Keith has worked in the corporate world for many years in various executive leadership positions. Kristin has served as a teacher in public and private schools and has authored and taught numerous Bible studies, led dynamic prayer groups, facilitated countless small groups, and personally counseled female pastors and pastor’s wives. They love to pour what God has given them into others. They have three adult children and live in Lakeville, Minnesota.

  • Jason VanRuler

    Jason is the author of Get Past Your Past: How Facing Your Broken Places Leads to True Connection. He began his career in 2011 and has worked with many populations over the years, ranging from persons who are incarcerated to top CEOs, performers and artists, and just about everyone in between. Jason has extensive experience as a clinician, coach, and speaker and operates a multi-state private practice. Jason is known for his ability to relate and connect with his clients and offer hope to those who have felt hopeless. He has an engaged and rapidly growing online audience for his insightful, short videos sharing practical tips for psychological care, self-help, and healthy relationships.

    Jason enjoys spending time with his wife and three children playing games and traveling. In his spare time, Jason enjoys cycling, running, music, fly fishing, and all things personal development related.
